The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

My overall experience at this hotel was distressing. First, I was told pets were allowed, but then they forced me to keep my pets in the car. The room was filthy, with a sink full of dirt and ashes, and I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. These issues made my stay completely unbearable.

The Deluxe Double Room was really clean and updated. The shower felt amazing and I loved the big fridge. Super easy access with two doors—one right by the parking and the other inside to get breakfast. The beds were decent, but those pillows were comfy! Lots of outlets and USB ports were a nice touch, too. Breakfast had some good options, nothing too special but it did the trick.
